Rough edges. Uneven thickness. Or worse—sheets turning yellow after six months under the sun.

If you run a sign shop or handle large-scale fabrication, you’ve likely dealt with a bad batch of material before. On paper, every acrylic sheet looks identical. In the shop? The difference is night and day.

At Apexplast, we run our own acrylic sheet factory with a simple approach: make clean, reliable panels that make your fabrication work easier, project after project.

Matching the Sheet to Your Shop Floor

Choosing between cast, extruded, or mirror acrylic usually comes down to what tools you use daily.

  • Cast Acrylic Sheet: Poured directly into glass molds. If your main tool is a CNC router or laser cutter, this is what you want. Clean edges, no melt-back, and high heat tolerance.

  • Extruded Acrylic Sheet: Pushed through precision rollers. You get virtually zero thickness variation across the entire panel. Ideal for vacuum forming, light boxes, and big distribution runs where budget matters.

  • Mirror Acrylic Sheet: Silver or gold backing applied under vacuum. Half the weight of glass, shatterproof, and built for store fixtures or decorative wall panels.

Inside Our Acrylic Sheet Factory

Why do some sheets stay crystal clear while others haze over? It all starts with raw materials.

We process 100% virgin MMA monomer—no recycled offcuts blended in to save costs. Inside our workshop, automated casting lines handle the heavy lifting, but human eyes check the final product. Every acrylic sheet leaving our plant gets checked for gauge consistency, surface clarity, and proper protective film adhesion.

You get flat, tension-free panels ready for immediate processing.
